Personality She has a strong sense of sarcasm that has the tendency to drive those around her away. She doesn't make friends easily, and therefore is quite the loner at Forks High. She angers quickly. Her relationship with her father is very strong, as they lived alone together since Kaya was young. They get along amazingly well. History Around the middle of her 10th Grade year, Kaya was informed by her father that they were moving away from their home country of Canada, to just across the border. She took this fairly well, as she was distant from most students. Upon her arrival in Forks, Washington, a few students tried to befriend her. Mike Newton and Angela Weber were two such people, engaging her in conversation and being pleasant to her. But her unattached personality destined them to be acquaintances, and nothing more. Kaya was fine with that. In school, she did pretty well. Her marks were all A's and B's. The fact that she had no friends to talk to during class helped. Forks Her life in Forks was just as boring as life in Forks could be - a dull, gray life to live. Until Emmett Cullen approached her one day with a strange favor to ask. "Keep an eye on Edward for me." Before she knew it, she and Emmett were extremely close. It may not have shown to anybody around, but their bond was unbreakable. Emmett was what made Kaya's short time in Forks bearable. Loves Her father was her best friend. They were closer than most fathers and daughters were. Emmett Cullen was the best friend she'd ever had, and her first and last love. Life Born January 6th, 1989. Died March 14th, 2005.
