She models, and still lives in Baltimore, in a house with Alex which her parents brought them, near his band mates. Although she has always wanted Alex's children their busy sheduals haven't given them time, not to mention her several miscarriages. But that makes her hate Abbie even more then she did. Abbie has the perfect life, and Lisa hates it. No one really likes her, but Cass and the boys try to tollerate her because she tours with them a lot. Abbie and Poppy on the other hand, make things perfectly clear.

They have been together 21 years and she just gets used to his cheating. He has never been a father to his only daughter, Poppy. And instead chooses to take the Uncle role to make things more simple. But he still remains very close to her. Although Lisa has wanted kids for years, they haven't had any yet for one reason or another.

Poppy is a bright, pretty but equally confused young woman caught in the middle of a strict and very unusual family. She has been raised believeing that Jack is her father, which isn't strictly true. He has been there since birth, but she is Alex's biologically. She isn't allowed friends outside the circle of friends and family her parents have which has just led her to rebel.

Alice is the first biological child of Jack and Abbie Barakat (Not that her older sister, Poppy knows that) and is the double of her father with her mother's eyes. She always has been a mommy's girl and doesn't seem too bothered about her dad's constant touring, as long as she has her mom and her best friend, Hunter.
