She learns that she wants what he has.

Ronine isn't really the "quiet type". He's more of a silent leader. He's cocky, arrogant, and popular in a way that people really wouldn't expect. Ronnie's the "bad boy" of the school and girls like that about him. Vanna Aaron and Monica Manning are the two most popular girls in school and they hang around Ronnie even though they know nothing about him.

Riley is Ronnie's sweetheart of a younger brother. He is always trying to keep Ronnie out of trouble. Riley is more softhearted than Ronnie so things effect him so much more. He gets into a lot of fights because he's Ronnie's younger brother, but he's not as tough as Ronnie, so he's an easier target. People who don't like Ronnie take it out on Riley.
