Growing up, Laura always fell into the background because of her athletic, academic and popular older sister, Rebecca. When Rebecca went to college out of the state, Laura was supposed to get out of her shell and show her real self to the world, but it never happened, due to the fear of being unaccepted. Laura has two personalities; the smart, quiet girl at school and the bubbly, music-loving girl at concerts. She feels as if she can be herself and no one can judge her at gigs. People are always surprised when she talks about her music taste mostly because she doesn't look like someone who loves the rock/metal scene. She first opens up when you've known her for a while and when she does; she's the most loyal and honest friend you could ask for.

Alex grew up in the UK and moved to the states when he was 8. He met his best friend, Jack, when he switched from private school to public school. His half brother died when he was 12 and it's still a very touchy subject for him that he'd rather avoid talking about. Going into high school and starting a band, he became a whole lot more cocky and secure about himself after dealing with low self esteem. He comes off as a guy who doesn't care about anything, but he is a really thoughtful guy who loves discussing everything from astronomy and politics to food and music. He really cares about his friends and always has their backs.
