Trizda is a very unique but very troubled girl that people don't take time to understand. Her mind works in a way that only she seems to comprehend. She is very quick to point out her own flaws and tries to make up for them by constantly partaking in compulsive behavior such as because she doesn't believe herself to be good-looking, she tries to make up for it by fooling around with any guy that will have her. She knows most of them wish her no good, but deep down inside she wishes they did and in some cases think that they really do. In an attempt to get people interested in her, she will lie without even thinking about, instead of standing up for herself boldly, she's very underhanded and sneaky. Her biggest thing is that she has what she calls "compulsive snitching" habits. She can't keep a secret and often let's it leak out the wrong people and this causes many people to get mad at her and ultimately bully her because of it. Though she really has nothing personal against Iggi, in a fit of anger at Iggi's boy toy, Ciro she tells on them in hopes of getting them in trouble. This would prove to be a big mistake on her part.

Ignacia "Iggi" Harrah

For the most part the antagonist to Trizda's protagonist, Ignacia, affectionately called "Iggi" by those around her is a fellow schoolmate of Trizda's. She's known for being very likable and really pretty but chooses to stay to herself or the few that she feels close too. Describe by Trizda as being snarky, tomboyish, and nerdy, it is noted, especially later on in the story that the girl is in possession of a brutal dark side and a vicious streak that won't quit. She's also the best friend to the guy Trizda has a crush on, Barto and will come to use this as one of the many weapons in her arsenal when she start her full fledged assault on Trizda after she tells on her and her "somewhat" boyfriend, feeling as though Trizda wanted to get back at them for Ciro's teasing by trying to jeopardize their futures.

Ciro Madrigal

Iggi's "somewhat" boyfriend. Known mostly for being the campus badass who is very unapologetic about his ways. He likes that Iggi is what most consider a "good girl" and often tries to keep her from following him in his bad boy antics and sometimes relies on her to keep him level-headed, cool, and, most importantly, out of trouble. Though not really what one would call a bully, he does use intimidating tactics towards the other students and has no problem getting a good laugh at the expense of another. Even if the person is very much aware of it. His teasing of Trizda is what gets the whole story snowballing into effect being that it was a revenge tactic on her part to get him in trouble and possibly kicked out for drinking illegally.

Barto Crihan

The object of Trizda's affection and best friend to Iggi. He's a kind, level-headed, and smart athletic type with a tendency for being very random and moody at times. Seeing as how he seems to be very close to Iggi. it is often implied that he might possess unrequited feelings for her but keeps quiet about them being that she is with Ciro. In spite of his good guy qualities Barto shows early on in the story to Trizda that he has quite a manipulative side. ONe that she doesn't become aware of later that will nearly crush her. Being that Iggi is his friend, she soon finds out about Trizda's crush on Bart and starts using it against her.
