Samviel is the fallen angel of betrayal. She was the bonded or best friend of the angel, Perciel, but they chose opposite sides of the War Of The Fallen (Her on Lucifer's side, Perciel on Michaels). There had been talk about the two of them raising fledglings together, but the chance to do so never came. She's currently a prince of Hell and, although she has access to Earth, she spends a lot of time in her castle, trying to make her bonded fall so that they may be together, again.
