She had been wandering for a while until she met Henry, a prisoner of Nazi Germany in World War II. After freeing him, the two ran off to later become best friends... They have been traveling together for about seventy years now, sometimes posing as husband and wife to keep questions away. Arianne is generally very soft-spoken, but there are always certain people and situations that get a rise out of her. She is also in Forks for something very important, and Jasper wasn't - originally - part of the plan.

Though he looks to be about 23, Henry is actually over 140 years old. As a shape-shifter, he stopped aging once he had completely matured. After his family was ***ed by human hunters, he felt as though he had no reason to live. He decided to join the war, only to be taken prisoner by Nazis. He was in a prisoner camp for about a year until the Arianne came into the picture. Henry was rather surprised to see a fellow shifter, especially since she was planning to break him out. Once he was freed, the two ran off to Italy and lived with other shifters - not her pack, just friends - until the town was burned by vampires. After that, they jumped from place to place, never really settling into the home. Henry is very happy to have Arianne as a friend for over seventy years now, though you could definitely say he sees her as someone who could potentially be more than that... However, he knows her mind has been elsewhere, and now nothing would ever happen because of Jasper. Henry is a very proud and ambitious man. He also loves to joke around and make friends, whom he is very protective over.
