Hes quiet, until you get him rallied up on something he loves or hates. Then he's witty, bubbly and sarcastic. Very sarcastic, but people can't really tell if hes kidding or not. He's extremely protective of his younger brother, Lance. He loves him more than anything in the world. Ace's one of the reasons he hasn't given up. Mattie likes animals, photography, music, art, and dancing, he loves dancing but can't do it worth shit. Anything creative really. He dislikes bugs, assholes, judgmental people, planes and cooking, seeing as he touches burns. Baking's fine though. He likes baking. He was born in a small town in France, growing up there until he turned 15 and him, his brother and his mum moved to Cardiff, Wales. He was bullied badly in school, being he didn't know the language and people are proper ***s. His mum was his best friend, until she passed from cancer when he was 17. He struggled with self harm and suicidal thoughts, from the pressure of people outside and having no one but his brother, who was struggling in his own way too. Until he found a habit that saved his life. He started to write music, and once he graduated school when he was 18, and constant pestering from his brother, he moved to London. He now works in a music shop, finding a family with the owner, Ben, performing sets at the small cafe attached to the shop.

Lance Delray Beaumont, Ace for short.

Lance can be often too blunt and energetic, but once he’s around someone for a long enough time he can be quite sweet and caring. When embarrassed he acts more angry then anything and will often ignore the person who embarrassed him in the first place. When being introduced to new people he flashes a small smile that seems to scare them a bit. He does however, smile wide and charming for the customers at the café. Ace likes cooking, baking, anything sweet, swimming, summertime, animals, reading, nice clothes, and messing around with his hair, which basically means he likes putting it in different hair styles. He dislikes when people miss-use his trust, when his brother cooks, and thunder storms, basically he will cower in a closet or under his bed when they happen, but that’s only if Mattie isn't home. Mattie is Ace’s brother, and they were born four years apart. Their mother died when Ace was 13, it was an unpleasant sight to see his mother go at such a young age. After the sudden death he began closing herself off from the world, it was his way of dealing with things, like how Mattie did self-harm to help himself. He’d constantly reject all his friends and begged his brother to move to a different place, for the memories in Cardiff were too much for him. Ace always sticks to his brother’s side, often going wherever he goes even if he tells him to stay home. He always tries to seem like a total jerk or arse around new people, because if they can put up with his bad side, they deserve his good side too.
