The cousin of Kyle Soto of Seahaven, Harley is a model who made it big in London after she moved there from the US with the help of her best friend, Nick Grimshaw, who pulled some strings and became her "personal promoter". Nick was originally Kyle's long time friend before Harley moved to London and Kyle ordered Nick to keep an eye out for his cousin, which soon ended up in the pair becoming inseparable. She's a fashion guru to thousands of girls, young and old, and holds a strong head upon her shoulders. She likes partying and late nights. She doesn't do relationships.
