Shep suffers from multiple personality disorder. He has a total of four personalities (Seth Garner, Kale D'Antoni, and Jules Thomas) including his own and can't seem to control them. The catch is, they aren't just personalities but spirits that have inhabited Shep's body. Shep is brought to the institution for regular MPD but he's aware of the truth. Mainly, Kale gets control; he can be aggressive and tries to push everyone away. Seth is the voice of reason; a pacifist who tries to take charge and fix Kale's messes. Jules is not seen often and hopefully it stays that way, or may god help us all.

When these voices are heard in his head, he loses control of his magic and may or may not have accidentally burned down a police station. Depends on which detective you talk to.

Stricken by grief, Rocio tried to take her own life. When the Reaper return, he punished her for wasting life and condemned her to a life of leading the dead to The Other Side. For 262 years, Rocio has guided those who are dying to The Other Side where they could finally be at peace. Now, she not only leads supernatural beings and humans to the after life, she acts as a therapist to supernatural being that are struggling to lead a normal life.

This soulful vampiress has slanted blue eyes that are like two sapphires. Her long, raven hair is really a set of quills that she can use as a weapon. She has a wasp-waisted build and her skin is china-white. She can turn into living fog or immortal bats if she wishes. She can turn her blood into weapons to kill her enemies even though she has the standard vampiric disabilities and her diet requires blood of the finest vampire males. She is an abomination; the sole daughter of the Hartsong family. When her mother, Annerose, gave birth to her, the Hartsong bloodline ***ed her along with her husband, Callum Hartsong. Growing up without a real family and the strict rules of the head of the Hartsong clan, Mariaxielle begun hating herself and her kind. Unable to resist the urges of feeding off other male vampires and using her spells to kill any female vampire that showed up in front of her, she is being thrown to a place where she has to learn how to control herself, if she doesn't want to end up like her dead parents.

He was admitted to the institution by his concerned family after he started displaying delusions of grandeur - he believes he is a god performing miracles. However, these 'miracles' are just simple spells - basic healing charms, illumination, and the like. Despite being there for some time, Blyme shows no signs of improvement, and is still trying to recruit more followers.

Dr. Abigail Peston is a newly minted psychiatrist who volunteers her time at The Home to help its residents work their way to healthy. She helps leads group therapy session and, on occasion, sees The Homes residents in one-on-one sessions. Or, like, not. You know. Whatever.
