This confused male vampire has wide brown eyes that bulge out inhumanly. He is inhumanly tall and has a lean build. His skin is black, but the blood flowing beneath it actually seems to glow. His mouth is filled with sharp teeth. He can turn into a swarm of flies. If attacked with weapons made of silver, he will go into a coma. He feeds on sin. He was turned when he was 24 and he is 178 years old. He and Rogue go way back in time and the trust between them is their strongest bond. He has a problem controlling his thirst of blood but hisonly reason for joining The Home is because Rogue is there.

Mabuz is a mysterious elf from the east who appeared at the doorstep of the Home looking haggard and worn. Giving only the excuse that he needed refuge from his demons, he entered the Home and settled in as if he had always been there. Hyper-aware of everyone in the room in an almost timid sort of way, he worms his way into the hearts of its residents, for better or worse.

Tahmoh is his tribes' shaman-in-training. Plagued by relentless visions that no one could understand, he checked himself into the Home with the knowledge that it was the one place with answers. With images of demons seared into his memory, he fell into the rhythm of the home with little trouble. Quiet, imposing and very tall, he watched the events with very little input. He was there to get answers, not give them.

Alexander is a typical Italian boy - flirty, obnoxious, slightly sleazy, and good with his hands. Preferring to go by the name Aita, the elfling has been sent to the home by his tribe's superiors for endangering the secrecy of their community. The youngest of his tribe and considered a child by everyone else's standards, he succumbed to the pressure of living up to their standards and surrounded himself with alcohol, sexual pleasure and bad decisions. Gifted in magic and the Italian tongue, he was sent to the only place the Elders could think to send him - the Home.
