When he returned unexpectedly in 1919, he located her back in her hometown and continued to abuse her. Soon after, she found out she was pregnant and toughed it out through the abuse for her baby. When it was born, it caught pneumonia and died two days later. Eva could not find any other reason to live, and threw herself off a cliff after it died. Dr. Cullen was told to take care of her body when it came into the hospital, and he recognized her from years before. To save her, he pumped her lifeless body full of venom and waited three days to see if she would turn. Three days later, she woke up and he explained to her what had happened. She later became Colin's partner in the Olympic coven. Eva is caring and motherly towards all members of her coven, and often spends her time running her small interior decorating business.
