Ed Daly is Lee's father, and he left when she was a baby. Despite this, he's been very steady with child support checks and was completely willing to take Lee in. He's a little lighthearted and flaky, and he's a huge stoner. He had a small band in high school but it never went anywhere. Not particularly ambitious, Ed's satisfied with his job and his trailer, following bands around the country. He feels vaguely guilty about not being there for Lee and is hopeful about strengthening their relationship.
