The familiar. Mistakenly thought of as female by Carina. One of the immortal familiars; he was once the familiar of the Grand Elder, but chose to walk a different path. He takes a liking to Carina, and chooses her to be his next companion.

The previous Spirit of the Realm is dying, so comes into the world the new Spirit: Davina. When the previous Spirit dies, Davina gains the powers of Life Magick. She is capable of creating life, and can wield every type of Magick.

Carina

Carina is a young witch who wields nature magic. As she is the next Protector of the Spirit of the Realm, she can sense the approaching death of the previous Spirit. When the Grand Elder and the previous Spirit die, Carina must set off on a journey with her familiar to find and protect the new Spirit from the necromancer Morgana.
