I met Darren when I was 15 at my first gig. He was the guitarist and backing singer of my favourite band. I was dating the drummer, Demeter, until his bad health started affecting me. Darren was always so kind to me. He was always there. Even during the hospital visits to Dem, I could tell he genuinely cared about Dem and me. He never wanted anything but the best for everyone. I couldn't help but notice his gentle nature and started to feel affection towards him. Of course I denied myself anything but I knew Dem was no good for me or for anyone at this time. Whenever I was with Darren, I would be laughing and smiling so much. I knew Dem would want me to be smiling too. I wish everything could work out like rainbows and sunshine but sometimes it is more like the sun is shining if you close your eyes and you can see rainbows if you paint them yourself. Darren taught me to see the world differently and with him I feel a strange calmness and I only want to be closer to him but... does he have his own demons chasing him and his own worries? Maybe this isn't as simple as A or B. And Darren knows how much I love Dem. I can't love two people at once, or can I? Darren Felix Linden loves video games, playing guitar and singing. He's been writing his own songs and playing guitar since he was 14 and has been playing piano since he was 16. He also likes acting and enjoys walking and camping. Demeter was the drummer of Ariana's favorite band: What Comes To Mind until tragically his health and drinking (and other) problems sabotaged his career. His mental health plummeted and took his band mates and girlfriend (Ariana) down with him. He was always a little guarded and shy and awkward but also witty and lovable and a talented musician and drummer. He is now in an intensive care unit and is unable to see his friends, only his immediate family. Although Ariana still loves Dem, she is unable to even contact him at this time and even if it wasn't intentionally, she went through hell for him and now she just wants to heal. Dem is working on his own healing process with the doctors and his parents. Esmé is always lost. She loves very deeply and is in grieving right now as she lost her mum last year in a tragic accident involving her mum's Italian boyfriend Marco. Still waiting on the police reports, she is unsure of exactly what happened. Her ex boyfriend Demeter in an intensive care unit leaves this 20 year old stranded and struggling to even breathe. Luckily, Darren, her and Demeter's long time mutual friend seems to have her back for every step of the way.
