Raxin is Organization XIII's number XIV. She was brought in around the same time Roxas was, a couple of days after. Raxin's other self was Rina Modoka, she was a 17 year old vocalist, a very popular rock artist in Hollow Bastion. She was taken by the heartless after one of her concerts, and discovered roaming the streets by Xigbar, who took her into the Organization for her to receive the name "Raxin" Her element is Sound Waves Her Weapon is a Microphone/Whip/Voice. Her title is "The Voice of Rebellion." When Raxin first joined the Organization, she was often depressed, and quiet. Not speaking to anyone, except for Zexion, who was training her on how to use her element and weapons. The rules of the Organization, etc.... Though, her missions were usually with Axel and Roxas. Roxas was also new to the Organization, so Axel (being a skilled member) would lead both of them around, but Roxas seemed to catch on quicker than Raxin. Raxin had gained a strong friendship with both Axel and Zexion, but Axel began to show another side to her. Raxin was sort of in denial about their relationship at first, because Xemnas had convinced her that no relationship beyond comrades was possible. But Axel convinced her out of it, and Raxin began to convince a lot of the other members out of it as well. Later on in the story, Axel and Raxin became a couple, and were barely seen without each other. Xemnas didn't really approve of this, but it wasn't getting in his way of the Organization so he had to ignore their relationship. During Raxin's eighteenth birthday, Axel celebrated by giving her what she wanted most. Him. Around three or four weeks later, though, Raxin had discovered she had become pregnant with his child. Zexion was very confused by this, when she approached him about this, because nobodies aren't technically living even though they do, and how could they make life? Zexion discovered that when becoming a nobody, their sperm never expires, and neither do the females eggs. There is more research to be done after Raxin's daughter is born. While Raxin was on her way to speak to Axel about their child, Axel had told Raxin that Roxas had left the Organization, and that they would kill him. Xemnas discovers Raxin's secret after a meeting with Saix, Xaldin and Zexion, and calls both Axel and Raxin to speak to. Raxin, despite how hysterical she is, lets them know the truth, and they let her keep her child. But Axel and Raxin were also required to do a mission to find Roxas, they fail after being attacked by a man who was out to get Raxin. His name was Nio, and his past was related to Raxin's otherself, but Raxin has no memory of this man at all. In the last chapter that had been updated... Saix knows about Nio, and is about to share his knowledge with the young female nobody.

There is little known about Nio so far. He looks at around 20, but can't be to sure about his actual age. He has some kind of grudge against Raxin, but Raxin can't imagine what or for what reason he does. In the last chapter, Saix was about to reveal a bit of information regarding Nio and him.
