This an amazing story, to say the least. This is first story I've read about autism, especially that particular type of autism. I have someone in my family with it and the voice portrayed in this is dead on. As someone above mentioned, I also like how it's not centered on just autism. It's a pleasant twist.
I read the story a few days ago and since then I've been turning it around in my head because I really liked it and I wanted to leave a comment expressing my gratitude. But the thing is that I don't write long nice reviews anymore - I'm a mean critical person now. Well, not really mean, just fed up with all the bad stories. So just angsty.
Either way, that is why I didn't comment right after I read it. I've been thinking about it ever since, trying to find something flawed. Imagine my surprise when I failed at doing so. I really loved the story. I've read a few stories about autism so far, not enough one may argue, but I really love yours because it's one of the few that doesn't revolve around autism itself. I mean it does, but in a gentle light, the spotlight is not fixed on the illness. -shrug-
Maybe the only thing that's not perfect is the fact that it's a chaptered story - thus you have to update it - thus I have to wait for an update [and I'm not a very patient person]. :tehe: Seriously, it's a beautiful story. [But you already know that since you're the one who wrote it. v_v]
