  • Tehehehe, I adored it. I think you really got Jackie's character and Evan's character down REALLY well. Red seemed really believable, too. And, well, I don't remember much about Felix, but I'm sure you did amazing with him, as well. ;D

“I do not.” Jackie grimaced, feeling his cheek and noticing that it was indeed softer than it usually was, frowning, Jackie kept rubbing his cheek in the hopes that the softness would go away.
That was.....so hilarious. :lmfao :lmfao :lmfao The mental image of Jackie reaching one hand up to feel his face, then a perplexed frown on his features before he furiously rubbed his cheek so it would be LESS soft is beyond amusing. :XD

The whole thing about Jackie not liking apartments because of "chicken-patterned tiles" makes me wanna go, "YAY INSIDE JOKES." Even though it's not really an inside joke, because one should've gotten it from reading NML. But whatever. It's a story-centric joke. :XD
ANYWHO. That was awesome. And it totally sets up for the little bit of dialogue about it later on in NML. :tehe:

“Evan, what did I tell you about raping my son on the couch?” :lmfao :lmfao :lmfaoI don't know if I'd abide by that law, either. I sound like such a cr33p3r, Jackie's like...twice my age.

“Oh come on, with that firm ass of yours, you’d be the one to get raped first.”
:tehe:Well, duh, 'cause I'd live there.

AND YAY LIES. That always make me giggle insanely, so that was awesome, as well. :tehe:

....is this long enough for you, hon? :XD

VERY NICE JOB, I APPROVE. Smiley
