And I thought Frankie was one not to give into peer pressure. Hmm. I guess we'll see if he turns out to be a sheep just like the rest of us. I feel quite bad for him though. His childhood dreams threwn carelessly to lifes filthy ground. The only way he can really fit in is the snort the devils powder and drink his mind away. If only life still held it's subtle innocence. *tsk, tsk* Love it though! and i do like this layout better. it's much easier to read. and the next chapter reallly is a beast? how beasty? a lion or the hulk?

This was a very good chapter. I'm not just saying that cuz that's what you want to hear. It's actually a very good chapter. More real to me than any of the others, because I can relate to Frank's position, as the educated kid who doesn't do "bad stuff" but is surrounded by those who do.

But ewww @ "Its not always about money". :XD It is pretty nasty. Frank has a right to be grossed out.

The chapter... Wow, I don't really know what to say.
I don't like that Gerard is doing drugs and looks so lightly on it, as if there was nothing wrong at all about it. He's so fucked in the head. Him trying to do the same to Frank worries me too, especially as it seems ot be ahving some kind of effect on the kid. He really shouldn't get into that shit.

But I do think it's sweet that Frank is jealous when Gerard sells his body to strangers. Maybe Gerard is trying to get Frank jealous, playing a game with his emotions? Or is that just something sunconscious? That he doesn't know that he's trying to get to Frank :tehe:

Like the new layout, too, by the way. I loved the other one, but I dunno, you sort of have more of the elements with this one, with having the caravan in the foreground and everything on the banner. Did you make that banner? If so, very nice work.And if you did, fancy making me one?

On a kind of unrelated note, I went to the circus this afternoon, kindamaybesorta because your story got me interested in it :tehe: It was the Russian circus. I kept pairing up the freakin' acts with each other. They had two teenage girls in red doing Gerard's silk thing. One of them was sort of clumsy. A female gymnast hurt herself - I think she broke her ankle, it seemed to take on a funny angle - and they carried her off, but the thing is, as her fellow gymnasts carried her off... Well, she was grimacing and everything when it happened, but when one of them picked her up she sort of twirled her hands as she put them around their neck, and held one arm out. She was posing, with her legs bent and her ankle at a funny angle at the end of one of them, as she was being carried off, as if it was all part of the act. I found that amazing.

Anyway, yeah. Good work

2.I love the mention of the lockers and Frankie's past in school. And that one bit was so cute, where he said anyone would have crumbled at the look on Gerard's face. That was just like Gee-gee needs a hug!

4. Do you have any idea how hot your Gerard is? I mean, I guess this goes back to point 1, but still. Gawd. I swear, if I was Frank in that moment, watching Gerard go from ">: (" to that silk-bedsheets-and-red-wine kind of attitude, I probably would have come. (Yes, I have no shame =D ).

I love this. It's really, really good. :D

I love the thunderstorm. It feels like such a great metaphor for Gerard and how his and Frank's "relationship" or connection or what you may call it. It's really brilliant, and I love how it gave Frank an opportunity to get into Gerard's place! But I guess it was more like Gerard having an opportunity to get Frank into his place so he could question him and flirt himself closer and deeper into Frank :tehe:

Gerard's jealousy is brilliant too. How he got so fucking angry about Frank just stating that school is important and that Gerard had missed so much, like opportunities to get out and do something else, something that maybe suited him better. It let us see even more that he probably doesn't like the circus at all - what he does, the pressure from his father, the people he has to interact with. Selling his body. I wish Gerard's dad had seen him when he was at his weakest, that his dad had realized how he had ruined his son.

I definitely enjoy Gerard's flirty defense too, although it makes my fingers itch to grab both Frank and Gerard's heads and smash their lips together just to get them to kiss. That boy is such a horrible tease and if I were Frank I'd be so fed up with it. :XD
