I'm really sorry that it's taken me forever to get around to commenting this. However, I'm catching up on a lot of stuff today and that includes commenting on the stories you picked as your second place prize in the Mikey contest. :D The word count made me smile; that's the second kind of unique one I've seen today, with the other being 666.

That picture is absolutely beautiful. If I'd received it, I know I wouldn't have been able to come up with anything for it so I think it's awesome that you did. Your description of the tango was beautiful as well; I could picture it perfectly in my mind as you described it.

I absolutely adored how the dancers kind of mirrored Frank and Gerard, especially when they stopped as they kissed. That was just a beautiful moment, plain and simple. And that ending... I definitely wasn't expecting Gerard to be dying but I think that made it even more amazing. You put such emotion into your writing and I honestly think that this was my favorite story of your's that I have read so far. :)

The solitary duo dances in a world where no one can reach, because it lives underneath the layers of a silence that no stranger can understand.

That was beautiful. How is all of your works so amazing? Honey, if you don’t at least write one book that I can buy and fly over to harass you until you sign it, I am going to be severely disappointed. :tehe:

A blush is the only answer and their eyes just lock, because they’re just meant to be together.

I completely squealed at this part. It’s so romantic, and just so lovely and full of passion…. And then when Gerard tells him that he’s soon to be the brightest star… I could have cried. And Frankie just accepted it. That’s probably what was most beautiful about this story. Frankie loved Gerard, and accepted that their time was limited, and treasured the moments they did have together instead of focusing purely on the time that Gerard wouldn’t be around. This story is so adorable. ((I’m crying right now. Gah, who’d think a punk like me would be such a romantic.))

Okay, this is really short, and I’m sorry my comment couldn’t be longer, but I have to give up the computer to my mom in literally three minutes, but I wanted to tell you, dear, just how amazing that was! It was absolutely, terrifically, terrifyingly, awesomely, romantically, adorably, and almost incredibly amazing thing I’ve read in the past four months. <33 Your stories are just amazing.

Wow this story was really amazing. You did a great job on describing everything it seem as if it was real, like you can feel the sadness that the Gerard and Frank had. I tried so hard not to cry which I didn't I was very close too. It was sad knowing Gerard is dying I will say that but that's what made the story, showing how you can really love someone even though their dying. This was way beautiful :]

    Cry
    Gerard's dying?
    You can't do that.

This is probably one of the most beautiful pieces I have ever read.
You expressed so much passion and love between Gerard and Frank, but at the same time, you barely mentioned them at all. You described everything about them through the dancing couple, and that is very, very unique.

And the way they talked to each other, it's amazing. You can just tell that they love each other so much, and they want nothing more than to just be together that night. i also love that you can't tell that there is something dark in them until the end is nearing. And not even that is obvious, which I adore. There needs to be more stories like this instead of "Boo-hoo, I don't want you to die! :cheese:"

I love how the tango couple are sort of reflecting what Frank and Gerard are feeling. Like, when they kiss, the couple stops dancing, and everything. It's just so magnificent. In Love

Lastly, I really love the lines "They don't dance as beautifully as you smile." and "They don't dance as beautifully as I love you." They fit the story, and the atmosphere so amazingly, and especially as they talk about stars and everything, and it's just gorgeous.

The story was amazing, but tragic, and it's so beautiful. I'm not kidding when I say that this is a new favorite of mine. In Love

Now I shall go and be Invisible, :weird
Honestly? I agree 100% with her. You did such a perfect job with this story. It was superb. It made me so incredibly sad to know that Gerard was dying, but you made up for it by having Frankie be there to love, and care for him(in some sort of way I guess). I saw no flaws with this story, honestly. You have a very strong chance of placing, without a doubt my dear.:cute:

    Very excellent job.In Love

P.S. I am so sorry that it took me so long to comment on this story, I've just been a little bit pre-occupied with school and such, hope you will forgive me.

*sniffles* This is so unfair. Sad
He's too beautiful to die Cry
This is amazing though, it was written perfectly with the dancers showing the passion Frank and Gerard feel towards each other (at least, that's what I'm guessing though I'm likely to be wrong.).
I also loved the part about the stars, it seems like a gorgeous idea though it made me sad obviously. It seems hard to believe that a couple written so perfectly could exist without one or the other Sad
You're amazing and you made me cry, good luck with the contest.

What? No! You know, I thought it was building up to be a sweet and happy ending, but instead you pull out a twist like that. Those last couple of lines made my heart sink, but also made me think of how it would be a wonderful way to spend your last moments with a dying lover. It was so romantic and you could just tell that Frank and Gerard adored each other.

This was simply beautiful. I loved all the imagery you used to describe the dancers, especially how they 'wore the moonlight like suits'. That has got to be one of my favourite metaphors at the moment.
I don't know whether I've mentioned it before, and if i have i'll say it again, but you have a wonderful gift for description. I loved it.

I wish you the best of luck for the contest :]
