Guardian of Death - Comments

Nicely done. Short but intriguing. I found it quite enjoyable.

I did not expect that ending. I expected the person watching her to wait for her to die before he did anything. And then he just leaves? Unexpected twists; good job.

I liked th story because it was really mysterious. I was confused at first, but as soon as the story continued I caught up quickly.
The story gives off plenty of anticipation, for example when the girl comes down and the narrator notices her, you aren't sure what the narrator will do until they say they are leaving the girl alone at the moment.
At first I assumed the narrator was Death himself sort of enjoying watching a girl trying to kill herself, but when he saves her I understand much better
I like how it is a truly dark story that in the end is a happy but still sad story of a girl who meets her savior only to have them leave her.
