I know that fanfiction.net technicly has a ban on Rice's books (you can still find tons of fics if you search a little, so not many people care about the fact it's banned there) but since Mibba hasn't got a ban and I always use a disclaimer, I figured it wouldn't be an issue. Besides you can find at least one other active Lestat fanfic on this site and since she's been able to post up to chapter 30-something already without getting into trouble, I don't think people are really offended.

However, if someone is, I'll delete it. Afterall, I don't mean to offend anyone.

I learned that Anne Rice has this copyright, I think, on her books.
What this means is it is illegal to write fan-fictions about her books.
My friend writes on the site Fan-Fiction.net and she said that Anne Rice won't let anyone write fan-fiction.

My point is, you can't write this. You'll probably get in trouble.

Ah, I love Anne Rice's vampires, and seeing a fan-fiction about them just made my day. :)
I love the story, even though it's only in the beginning stages. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to more. :)
