YAY!!! Another update!
It's sad it's been so long because this is such an awesome story! Thank you for updating; this is my favourite current story on Mibba.
It’s a great chapter and I can't wait for the next to find out about the adoption records.

I really enjoy this story. I like how you manage to tantalize us while revealing new aspects of characters. At the same time, I do wish you had more time to update. I've been following this story for a long time and I really want to see it to its conclusion. One last suggestion before I sign off and hope against hope for another update, I would like to see a deeper side to Alistair. I know that he misses her, but I think it would be beneficial to show that more in conjunction with his now horrible demeanor. Anyway, yeah please update as soon as you can. Thanks!

Poor Elizabeth/Michelle! At least she has Nicole and Christian. And I also think the "Dog" is on her side too.

fav parts:

--The first one was just her. The unnamed artist painted her perfectly; her dark hair framed beautiful her face. Her green eyes burned just as bright and lively as the day I first saw her. Her cheeks were lightly tinted with pink which contrasted against her soft ivory skin tone. Her smile was blinding, causing my heart to clench. She was only five years old when that picture was painted.
The second one was of both of us, in her garden. It was painted like all the rest of them, yet this one was more special. It was painted by Nicole and Christian’s mother a few months before she died. It was the last picture she painted and was the last one of Michelle and her garden before they were both destroyed by the unforgiving flames.
She was wearing her favorite dress. The lace was as white as the snow surrounding us and the long sleeves were draped gracefully on her slender arms. The skirt of the dress fluttered slightly in the wind, her dark hair was pulled back into a diamond in crested clip, exposing her angelic face. Her green eyes were locked on mine in the picture, as mine were on hers.-- I LOVE THIS and I don't even know why lol.It feels so much like it's taken from a published novel!

--I felt my anger threatening to boil over, “So what your saying is I have to find someone, that I don’t like, who isn’t Michelle and marry her?”--
Michelle is right next to you, stupid fang boy lol

She didn’t look at me, like she did want to admit it.
“Why are you giving him money, when all he did was hurt you?” I tried to understand, but I couldn’t wrap my head around it.
“I-I lo-love hi-him,” her breath came out in short, shallow gasps.
Just like Michelle, she loved the people who hated her.--
That was painfully beautiful T^T

BUT OTHER THAN THAT, THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH FOR DEDICATING THIS CHAP TO ME =D=D=D=D=D It was so sweet of you..and I was REALLY excited to read about Hara(wow, it feels so weird to see my name typed in your work lol), I'd been looking forward to it a long time,and OF COURSE you didn't disappoint me ^ ^ It's sad how no one really knew her though, and how she shrunk with fear each time someone approached her..=(
Nicole is a sweetheart as well, but I don't get it, how does she treat the slaves?She seemed a bit cold towards them
AND OF COURSE, leave it to Michelle to worry about the well being of her abusive stepfather while they inform her she's going to be a slave lol -.-'' this girl is really something else!
AND DAN DAN DANDAN!!!!Evil Allistair comes out of his cave and meets the "pathetic human girl" lol!Things look like fun so far!XD Can't wait for what's next!

I love this story. It's amazing. It's heart-wrenchingly sad but I feel connected to the characters and therefore feel sorry for them. Your writing style is really nice, kind of flowery, and it goes very well with the piece. I would however say that there are some grammatical and spelling errors. These however don't take away from the story and it's effectiveness, so good job, keep it up.

You know I love drama and this is so well-planed out!
The characters, the plot so far,everything.
I'm oddly very fond of the werewolf, even though we haven't really met him properly,and michelle-or maybe I should call her elizabeth?=\-is such a sweetheart!
It's truly amazing how she always seems to find beauty in even the smallest things..and kind of breaks my heart, how she's completely unable to hate anyone, no matter how awful they treat her.Alistair's being an a*shole,but I can't bring myself to dislike him when
I know what he's been through,and how painful it must be for him to be looked by eyes so kind and similar to his lost soulmate..T^T
Anyhow,
I'm definitely looking forward to the next chapters,can't wait to see what'll happen now that she'll be staying with them!

I think the dog is going to be the werewolf that saved Michelle’s life seven years ago, but I wonder what is going to happen when they meet in the cells? =D
