When I saw the email about this being updated it made me really happy.

"I remained silent, trying to compose the best explanation in my head. I could say a thousand things, give him a thousand reasons, but none of them seemed right, none of them seemed articulate enough. This wasn't a novel – this was my life – and there was nothing at all scripted about it."

I think that's my favorite part of this chapter just because of how true it is. Life isn't scripted and sometimes it's so hard to think of the right words to explain what you're trying to say to someone. I know I have that problem all the time. The words running through my head might not necessarily be the right words to say out loud, or might not make sense to anyone but myself.

Anyway, I'm glad you updated this. Happy 2013! Can't wait for the next chapter!

I just found this and I just wanna say that this is one of the best Jared stories I have ever read. I love when people write about Jared being cute, funny, and sarcastic. Not some sex crazed maniac O.o I'm actually surprised that this doesn't have a lot of comments...
And I just wanna throw out that I don't like Eliza's mother and I don't care for Aslan either...I really hope he doesn't ruin what Eliza and Jared have.

As for where the story should go, I honestly don't know. As soon as I think everything might go right for a while, something gets thrown in (just like real life, I guess). I like how the story is progressing right now, so I'm sure whatever happens in the future will be just as fun to read. = )
