The entire story was really sweet and the layout is cute! ^_^
I feel really bad for not being able to leave as long a comment as the one above, but at least it's something, right?

I love how you called Frankie's habit of drawing flowers an addiction; made things so much more cute! And Gerard just randomly drops by. XD

This story is so fluffy; it made my heart warm and I was like, smiling the entire time I read this; which is a really good thing!

Overall, great job and I hope you write more awesomely sweet one-shots like this soon! ^_^

First off, the layout is absolutely beautiful. I love the background for the chapter title. :)

His perfectly shaped eyebrows were furrowed together, making him frown in concentration. - Frank does have perfect eyebrows. lmfao. They're better than most peoples I have ever seen.

I like that Frank is the artist in this one as opposed to Gerard. In all the Frerard, well all MCR fics I've read, Gerard is solely the artist. So this is definetly nice. :)

I think in the second paragraph there is a mistake with the spacing.

Frankie was very well aware that this was really gay, so he didn't show anyone his creations. - Awww. lol

Gerard randomly shows up! xD

I think there is another spacing mistake in the 11th paragraph.

The flower that screamed 'gay'. - lmfao. That made me laugh again.

Duh! Frank totally loves Gerard. It's so obvious! duh. He's probably drew pictures of Gerard (secretly) before.

'Hey, don't worry. You know I won't judge,' Gerard said and smiled again.
This calmed Frank down a bit and he sighed before looking at Gerard. - I think that needs to be spaced.

'Uh, well... I have been addicted to painting flowers for 10 years,' He said as he blushed in embarrassment. - I think that could fit into the paragraph above it. And aww, I blush at everything and it sucks so poor Frank. x]

I just noticed that instead of using both set of quotation marks, you just use one. ex - 'Hi.' instead of "Hi." You might want to fix that.

First Gerard felt confused. So, he was literally addicted? To painting flowers?
He was used to Frankie's punk boy attitude and never expected this. He didn't care, though. Frankie would always be his best friend. - That needs to be spaced also. Is it weird that MCR just popped up on my iTunes? xD And yes, Frank is a punk rock at heart. haha

'Frankie... Don't worry, I don't care if you're addicted to painting flowers. Do you remember that movie Super Bad? That guy was addicted to drawing dicks... That's worse,'
Frankie giggled and looked at Gerard who smiled. - Something needs to be spaced. And that reminds me that I still need to watch Super Bad. aaah

'I can't hate you, Frankie! Now, spill!' He said and wrapped one arm around Frankie. - Aww. Geez, this reminds me of why I miss reading Frerard. Kudos to you! xD

'Yeah, okay... Uhm, all those paintings of flowers, under my bed... well they are for... you,'
Frankie stuttered and looked away again, his heart racing. - Needs to be spaced or something. And aww.

Overall, I totally loved this. It was very pleasant and I'm glad I clicked on it. I must admit, the Frank icon on the story page did help out a bit. But I really loved this. The only real problem is the spacing and lack of quotations. But this is was so amazing. Great job! :D You're an amazing writer. Everything flowed and it was very fluffy. xD But seriously, awesome job.
