Ok, so I love this. This is a wonderful little drabble and although the subject of this has the means to get a little cliché, y’know, like the girl is different and doesn’t wanna color by number, but it wasn’t and I loved it. The layout could be better; it’s a little too bright and wild for my taste but the part with the text was easy enough to read that it didn’t completely turn me off from the story. The description in this is so wonderful, you’ve completely put me in the scene and I love that. There’s so much emotion in this piece and I enjoyed reading it.

Two says blue but I see purple, fighting for dominance in my head.
For whatever reason, that line really makes me feel bad for the girl. Honestly, I sort of see a double meaning to it—a more philosophical, deep meaning to it.

    Rainbow wars of mathematical art…
I have no idea why, but I loved this line. :)

My mother's baking apple pie, the scents fly by like feathers against my skin.
    I’m a sucker for similes :D

This story is one big metaphor, whether you intended that or not. I feel like it shows how sometimes, we can’t trust ourselves and our judgment. Think before you leap—so to say. It’s easy to get overwhelmed. Maybe I’m reading too far into the story, but I loved it.

    You’re an amazing writer. <3
PS Good luck in your contest.

You know what I loved the most about this drabble? The rhyme in the first paragraph. The whole thing seemed to poetic and flowed so beautifully. I saw this was a contest entry and I would love to think of it winning, because I really enjoyed how the words bounced along and all came together. The stream of consciousness that you put in there worked really well and I just loved the whole subject matter. It was mysterious and almost dreamlike. You did a really good job with this and I wish you all the luck in the world with your contest =]
