I like how you brought the picture into the layout and you did it in a good and classy way. The banner wasn't huge and it the text was easy to read. I enjoyed reading this, especially with how you formatted it. Normal readying a paragraph with broken sentences "work. work. work. never stop." would have made the story seem choppy and a bit confusing, but you twisted your words around and brought it out nicely.
