  • I really love this layout. I adore it to pieces. Your summary is really well written and I like that fact that it really is about Greek Gods.

This has to be my favorite story that I have read. I love the way you describe everything. I was amazed by what you wrote. It was so original and the idea of it was incredible. The way you write about Aphrodite is excellent, as well as Ares.

the birds that take rest on its head – eh, this line could be better if it was that have taken rest. This is my only critique. I really enjoyed this.

  • I have been reading a lot of your stories tonight and I love your writing ability. You portrayed Aphrodite as such a lovely character and I really enjoyed reading this. I wasn't sure if I would like it because I'm not used to reading things like this, but the idea of the story was just amazing.

    Well done. :)

  • Hmm I really wasn't sure if I would like this in the beggining especially considering people always seem to pair Aphrodite and Ares. But I did.

  • This is absolutely lovely. Originally, I wasn't sure if I would like it, because there's so much badly written fiction involving mythology on Mibba. But wow You really proved me wrong. I was really impressed by how well you portrayed the book's spell coming into effect. How beforehand, Ares seemed to be simply affectionate towards Aphrodite, almost in a brotherly way, but afterwards, head over heels for her. I also love how you portrayed Aphrodite. In most instances, she's such a kind elegant regal character. But here she was almost childish, it made it much easier to relate to her and much more enjoyable to read. Finally, the layout was perfect, so simplistic, but very easy on the eye. Stunning work, well done.

  • This was freakin' weird at the end, but I LOVED it. Far more than you know.

Layout: The layout was very simple, but did wonders for the atmosphere. Pink just seems like Aphrodite's color, y'know? I also find it kind of lustful. I don't know why, but the colors in the layout just really set the mood up perfectly.

Summary: The summary intrigued me. I love anything to do with Greek Mythology, it's one of my favorite things in literature besides Poe and Shakespeare. To see the Goddess brought to modern times was really great.

Overall: This was a risky idea, one that could have gone wrong, but this piece was absolutely brilliant and executed beautifully. Your description was fabulous, it was simple, but was perfect for the piece. I really, really enjoyed this.

The last line gave me chills "Now you're mine. . .forever"

Absolutely brilliant! Fantastic job well done. <3

  • This was interesting. I've always had a certain image when it came to Aphrodite. I like how she kind of had to be stuck in a place like earth.
I think you could have made something different all together with this plot but nonetheless it was good.

  • I really, really love the title. It's so pretty!
I think that this was really well done. I loved your descriptions and how you made evertything so beautiful (:
The layout is pretty too, it suited Aphrodite, because she strikes me as a very bold person, (or god.) Overall, very well written and executed.

  • I liked this a lot - more than you know. Just the idea itself was fantastic, and it was executed really, really well. Considering it's a short story, the character development was done very, very well.
    This was really brilliant!
