YOU. With your stories. Creep me the hell out, dude! Like, fa realskies! D: Anyhoos, I think that this layout is my absolute fave by you. It's so creepy with the dude in the trees. Yikes! xD Onto the review...
My first impression when I saw this is that - and yeah, even though we've talked about it before - it's just a guy who can't sleep. But since you're as awesome as hell, you take the most mundane things and legit blow them out of the water.
Anyways, this is so incredibly well-written. The beginning sort of made me sad; five days!? I'd crash and die. Like, really. I can't imagine that. I keep thinking that after a while, he'll start hallucinating. No sleep makes you do that >.>
Onward. Major crazy when he starts hearing voices. Is he hallucinating? Or is he just imaging it? Hmmm. Things are getting kind of creepy here. He keeps have deja vu or something. Yeesh. I feel really bad for him when he starts ranting to himself, but hey, when you're tired, something's gotta work.
I think I've seen the show that he's watching. It sucks.
...instead, he was squinting, focusing on a spot behind the group of men, where, in between two heavily branched-out trees, stood another man. Instantly, Troy knew that something was wrong. The man was too still, too tall, and on top of that, he was wearing a crisp black business suit in the middle of the forest. My eyes went O_O

And that receptionist needs to be a little nicer, sheesh :|
He was just trying to decide what depressing medical leaflet he should read today when he saw the abnormally tall man in a suit outside the window. WHAT THE LEGIT FUCK!? Are you trying to kill me, Finny?! D:

The summary left me eager to know what exactly was going to happen to Troy. You gave just enough away without telling the whole story line. The beginning of this really blew my mind! It was incredibly well written and I can't believe he's been up so long!!
Sometimes, when the world was this still, he could believe that he was the only person left alive.
Something about this line made it very easy to relate to.
I love the part in which Troy talks to himself. It made this so much more real.
