Alright so I have to honestly say that I am surprised no one else has commented on this. The first chapter is very well written. I would be willing to read it whether you write it in first or third. This makes me really excited to see what you're going to do with the rest of the stories. I actually kind of like Julius. He is my favorite so far. I'm definitely subbing to this. I can't really think of any critiques except my own personal preference for smaller text.
