    I love, love, loved this.
Seriously, it was wonderful. I really like stories involving children, they tear at the heart strings. I love how I could delve into this family's lives, see the happiness, the joy, the sadness and guilt. I especially love reading about good daddy's, they melt my heart. There is nothing sweeter than a dad caring for his 'princess.'
Thank you for the entry. And good luck!

This is one of the best one-shots I have ever read and I been reading a lot.
It's sad to have a singer to a father.
I love it and how you wrote it. ^^

    That was fucking marvelous!
I thought it was really clever making the most important thing being Matt's daughter, as opposed to a love interest, because children are your world & I think in a way, it would be a hell of a lot harder to leave behind a child than a girlfriend/wife. And of course, you portrayed that perfectly, like Matt's guilt that he can't be there for his princess, and Kat worrying about how much the whole thing would upset Noelle. Actually, it was really sad at a point, but the message is a good one, because things in life aren't always perfect. And I thought you tied the quote in there extremely well.
Ohhh, and by the way, the beginning was fucking cute as shit! I can picture Matt being like that in real life, like an extremely loving and attentive father... which is absolutely adorable.
All over, I thought it was perfectly and very beautifully written. You better win this shit!
PS: You banner is quite lovely! And the picture is straight-up perfect. :D
