Holy mother of everything, this story is so freaking perfect. I swear I could read this forever :')
I can not tell where you are heading with this, I wish I could. The thing is that I can understand both sides; I mean, Zacky has the right to follow his dream and Kaitlin as the right to be scared and find it all to be unfair. But in all honesty… has anything been fair in this story? Getting pregnant as a teenager, having such horrible parents, being alone practically the whole time... She won't lose or gain anything by forcing Zacky out of her life - everything is already fucked up - , but if she lets him stay both will have someone to go back to. Isn't that what we all want in the end? I don't know, maybe I'm just saying crap x)
I need next chapter like oxygen. Hope you're able to find time, but, alas, I'll understand if you have loads of other stuff to do. Don't worry, no one could stay mad at you for that. Not your fault (:

I hope that Zacky and Kaitlin are able to work things out concerning the tour. I mean this one is a tough decision to make because while Kaitlin wants Zacky to stay she also doesn't want him to miss this one of a lifetime chance to make his dream come true.

Ahhh, I'm so excited to see how this ends! I just don't know how it could come out all happy, and that scares me. But at the same time, it excites me.

So, I just spent majority of my evening catching up on this story—and I must say, it was time well spent! I had been meaning to read it for quite some time now, but what with writing my own stuff and reading updates of stories I was already described to, I just hadn't gotten to it until now.

First of all, I want to say that you had me hooked from pretty much the very first chapter. I liked the way you described Kaitlin, both before we met her in the story and how she was changing as her life seemed to be falling down around her. I think the way you wrote how her personality changed and bloomed gradually was done very well, since a lot of the time writers tend to just go from having the character one thing in one chapter, then the complete opposite in the next. I liked how she slowly started to question her life and the choices she'd made to try and be everything her mother wanted her to be... and she questioned religion and all of that, which was very realistic for the situation she was in. So well done

Zacky's character was very interesting, too. I liked how straight up he wasn't interested in taking part in the pregnancy or the baby's life, since again, it was realistic. Very rarely would a teenage boy be completely balls in when it came to supporting a girl he got pregnant, so it was no surprise that Zacky wasn't interested in taking part. Especially since it had resulted from just a hook up, I suppose the situation could've started off differently if they had been in a relationship, but they weren't, so his reaction was justified. Not saying he wasn't an asshole, because he was, but I could understand why. He was just as scared as she was and clearly he didn't know how to handle it.

Her parents were interesting characters, as well. Her mother in particular, with her being so religious, yet she was so quick to demand her daughter get an abortion. Now, I'm not religious, but it is my understanding that abortion is a very big no no in the religious community... so it was quite shocking how easily she came to the conclusion that that's what she should do. I understood it, but she certainly won't be winning any parenting awards any time soon. And if their relationship was ever to be salvaged, she'd have to learn to show her daughter a lot more respect and support before they could ever hope to make amends.

Back to Zacky, I like how you had him finally come around and admit that he was just scared and didn't know how to fit Kaitlin and a baby into his life plan. I commend him for finally trying to make an effort and whilst I understand his desire to make a career out of his music, it's hard not to agree with Kaitlin about why is it that he gets to follow his dream and she's the one stuck raising the kid? It takes two tango, so it's certainly not fair the Kaitlin now be expected to give up everything whilst Zacky doesn't really have to give up anything. I suppose in the long run a music career could work out well for them, in that they'll be well off financially and he can take care of them, but his absence for months at a time of his child's life will take it's toll. He'll miss out on a lot.

But here's hoping they find a way to make it work and they can live happily ever after. Looking forward to seeing how you end it and hope to see an update soon

Awwww I love this chapter so much! And I love the name that they both gave him. So she doesn't want to tell her parents she feels that they don't deserve to know that she had a little boy. I can't wait for the next update!

You captured the essence of teen parenthood. Arguments! Haha, it reminded me so much of myself and my son's father. You did such a fantastic job on chapter 35. You seem to understand your characters so well. The labor scene brought back some memories. Good chapter as well. The name Ethan fits so well with the last name Baker. Good job!
