Oh, yay, the sequel. I would say "I found it~!" but it wasn't that hard to find. This was the perfect way to continue the story. The slight change in style now that you have changed to Eli's POV is subtle but just enough adjustment to tell the difference without making it seem weird and out of place. That, for one, is perfectly done.
Also, you've continued the story on perfectly! You've given some hope for that loophole I'm sure a lot of us were looking for and certainly made me enthralled already. I just have to know what happens even in such a short space of time which is brilliant! A great technique every good author should possess is to grab the audience quickly and you have really done that. I can't wait for more, so please, update?
You really know how to manipulate your reader's view of your characters. The drama was just....amazing. I absolutely love how you pt the emotion in, even if the character keeps stoic throughout. You're very good at sweeping that reader along in a wave of events and feelings.
