I totally enjoy this! First of all, I was wondering what story can come out of this wonderful song and BAM! You gave me something I totally didn't expect.

Just letting you know, good name choice for Lacey (*cough* my name *cough*). I adore her even though she used poor Alex. Her character is so complex and unpredictable and that was the reason why I instantly fell in love with this story.

Alex's first person narraraton is flawless. I love your writing and how you chronicle from the time Alex met Lacey to the time they both ended. You included moments that were important components to the relationship between these two characters and I can understand Alex's developing feelings for her more clearly.

By the way, I love that Alex didn't go ape shit on Jack because no matter what, they are still best friends in the end of the day.

I loved this, and not just because it was an Alex Gaskarth/All Time Low fic—because I do love those—but because it was ingenious. I like how you made Alex see what he wanted to see in Lacey, even if she made it easy not to. Also, I love romantic stories with not-so-happy endings! And this one was perfect. :)

Alright so normally I don't like Alex Gaskarth stories because they're all the same. Alex normally gets the girl and they live happily ever after. I'm not mad that you wrote one, it's just my own psychological problem.

But this. This I think just totally changed my mind. Of all Alex stories were like this one, I'd try to find as many as I could! Every single word of this had me hooked and wanted to keep going; I didn't want it to end. But thank you. This was really, really good. I can't wait to read your next entry. :)
