Layout: The layout was simple and nice. The background stripes didn't distract, either.
Content: The story was very cute. I like how you went through so much time in such a short story; going through all those years. I also like the twist at the ending, where I thought he wanted to break up with her but instead gave her the ring. I think you could've added spaces between paragraphs; that would've made it easier to read.
Overall, I enjoyed reading this. :)
