Ok. I really love your layout and the photo you used to represent it. It's lovely. There weren't any spelling or grammar mistakes and I enjoyed reading it. I just wish it wasn't so short. There's not much to go on. The closing line stuck with me...in a good way of course. Very nice job! Keep up the good work!

I like that it's dark in the beginning in contrast to the photo. I wish there were more of a bridge from the book to the sand. Maybe if I'd read it or seen the movie I'd get it better, but it didn't seem a bit abrupt. I liked the closing line. It made the point without being contrite.

This I love from the first word to the lasttttttttt.

    But this part:

The burning sand, the smell of salt and the sun warming him to the bone. The rushing sound of the waves, and the book says: The sea's only gifts are harsh blows and occasionally the chance to feel strong.
He doesn't go into the wild, but he finds his freedom the same.

    *rereads over and over again*

That ending is just <3333333333333 I can SO relate to this drabble omg. LOVE IT.
