So I just read this story from chapter 1 to 22 (I think it was) in a day and a half
This is absolutely the most captivating story I have read on minna so far and I think I've read my fair share of stories on here but this one makes you just keep you on your toes, there is always something new going on and it's great.
I love Frankie, I love the fact that she is actually giving freddie a chance an that she has changed for the better because of him. I like the fact that she is so messed up and yet still able to function like a regular person ( except the cutting that is ) she is absolutely a character that you hope for her to get out of the funk that she is in but you know once/if she does that the story will probably over. I think that her character is just...... I don't know.....she is frustrating because she doesn't see doesn't want to see what is right in front of her face and it's really amazing how much detail of her emotions is put into this story.
I absolutely adore Freddie I think that if it weren't for his character this story would probably be super boring. Like if his character were any different than the way he is this story wouldn't be as great as it is because for him you'd think that he'd be this boy that was like really awkward and different and he slightly is but he completely knows how to control Frankie in a way that it's promising. It makes you think that their relationship is going to be so great and that he is really going to help Frankie even when she doesn't want or feel like she doesn't need the help. I love that he continuously keeps on trying with her and is super understanding and actually cares because it's so.......unrealistic to find that in a boy that wants to actually know her feelings and talk aboutthem. It just makes you want to eat him up be ause he is so cute in the story.
The other characters Izzie Parker Sarah Zoe those people are great too. All the drama with them all makes this story really great. You keep a great balance between the side characters to the main characters.
This is a great read and I'd recommend this story to anyone ho is looking for one. I love this story and I want you to write so much more.

Sorry this is so late, I didn't see your comment until a few minutes ago :) but I really like Frankie's character. She's a lot like me so it's easy for me to relate to her. I love her grandma, too, she seems really cool.
The layout is beautiful, as well. The story seems very interesting, good luck with it!

Hm. I wish that her cutting would stop, or that she would at least try. Or maybe at least tell Freddie reasons as to why she is so he would understand more. It's frustrating understanding her when he doesn't. It's cute he has so much faith in her, even if it is misplaced. And this Roy and Zoe isn't probably helping. Poor Frankie. ]: Lovely chapter though.

I feel however, that half of it isn't as big as she considers it to be. things don't always go her way and she can't handle it then. she feels out of control and then thats when things blow up.

Ummmm what else. Hm. Well... I don't know. Ben is an interesting character. Did I read him wrong? I can't even decide, maybe because you put him in such a favorable light with Frankie, but he didn't seem to bad though Freddie totally didn't like him. Probably just jealous though.

And thats the thing I abhor about hating. mixed messages,thoughts and images and things we don't really understand. It's one big mess after another, complete and utter chaos you know? But i guess it would seem pretty stupid to always sit down and discuss every little thing....

Sarah is a bit of a problem. I mean, yes you can be friends with your ex if it was a good relationship- but it also needs to be possible that your current g/b-friend is okay with them being around, you know? Something like that.

It was a great chapter though. Another thought, it doesn't really seem like her cutting came into the story until the last few chapters, or is it just me? Because now it seems like the new big problem.

Hopefully they make it to the Falls soon or something.

WOW. That's pretty much all I can say about it.

The first half reminded me that Freddie's her thesis and that just froze me up because obviously, I had totally forgotten about this over the time of late. The fact that she thinks he is still super wonderful AND she's going through with it just proves she's a jerk. Sorry, but yeah.

He's just perfect; in a human way. He cares a lot and people would kill for someone like him whereas she's pretty much going to toss him out a window. That's what it'll feel like anyway- sudden drop, heavy stop, stunned and broken.

Together, they are precious and I can tell she's trying a little bit. She could brush everything off completely but like her subconscious is forcing her to try, making her stay around him and all. It's not just because of the thesis, we all know that.

Ugh. I'm so frustrated at her now. She's extremely dim-witted and he's just.... there for her.

Sorry I don't have much to say. But it was a wonderfully done chapter and she's just being childish like that, talking about the scars and everything. He's been a bit of a pest but I think that's a bit important, too :)

I want to punch Frankie's parents in the face. I am still T E A M F R E D D I E but if they aren't together then the saying, 'he's the freddie to my frankie,' will be void. I wonder when Frankie's going to tell Freddie about her thesis and that he's a subject or if she'll ever tell him D: that would make me sad. Truthfully I hope Izzie and Parker got snowed in and had to go to some motel for the night and had to talk it up and I bet the whole thing ended in make-up sex. It seems like them :3

I actually really fucking loved this chapter. It was a really good chapter.

the part about missing her was pretty personal, and i'm glad she's been making that leap. plus i know that feeling. i'm not exactly in a relationship [we just missed the chance] but i've felt it before and it can be pretty legit especiallly whilst in a relationship.

I could go on a rant how much i hate dating, and the terms boy/girlfriend but that was cute.

Interesting fight between Izzie and Parker- the gist of it was pretty interesting the way she brought in Frankie :/

Can't wait to hear about the trip to Niagra falls, that wil most definitely be interesting!!!!!

CHAPTER 16:

Interesting new uhhhh cover. Um... layout, that's the word. Only problem: I could hardly read her type.

BUT YES. This chapter was just so wholesome and creative and necessary, I swear. I loved every piece, methinks. Well, not quite. But that part was somewhat necessary so I accept it.

It's very sad but I" starting to like Parker more than Izzie. Sorry? I don't know. The texting chat was such a huge turn off, I think that's what it was. That was most likely all it was, to be honest. My eyes started to burn or something and not just because I'm tired.

BUT YES. I just love when Parker talks to her one-on-one it's so interesting and I love what happens. The concluding effect is never very much but what happens there is really important. And just imagining her typing away and slipping notes under the door is just awesome. I love it, love it. Always wanted a typewriter.
Because it would be pretty tough, I think, carrying on a conversation like that- taking a while to type, etc you know? But Parker handled it well and quite amusingly.

Interesting Izzie dialogue; sorry, I still can't make up my mind.

The two of them do definitely a lot of meddling. They really don't need to do anymore, I think, but not less- they give it when she really, really needs it? I love how they talk to her and then she finally jumps into action and does something!

Poor Freddie. But he is so perfect, and he tries so hard. He doesn't let Frankie run all over him, though he gives her the lead sometimes which she feels she needs you know? But I'm glad that he fought to hear the story and she finally confessed.

He's just perfect, okay? Just... being patient, a good listener, a good everything. I need a Freddie in my life, please. Please please please...

A wonderful chapter! I can't believe it took me so long to actually read it, because I know it's been posted for a little bit. It makes me feel mean but for some reason even if I get a moment to read it, sometimes I won't.

Maybe your skill is just intimidating. That sounds pretty accurate. Darn you.

CHAPTER 15:

Oh. Whoa. Okay. Well.

Lots of angst. Drama. The whole.

The only thing I happen to be confused on is... Graham? a boyfriend, what? I don't... did I read that wrong? I wouldn't be surprised. My eyes are getting bloodshot by the second so who knows what I'm really reading this moment.

BUT IT WAS INSANE. That's what.

I really liked it. Except that Frankie's being, well, Frankie. I don't blame her, of course, not wanting to tell Freddie or anything- but it's Freddie. The only thing he'd be upset about is how long she really waits to tell him about the boy that messed around with her, you know?

Her confusion at the end almost didn't make sense, but I could understand. If I were in her position, that's pretty much how I would be at the beginning. Confused, a little frozen, and trying to be in denial if possible [then comes the tidal wave of anger and revenge of course].

Frost's phone call... Hm. Hm. Ugh. Ew. He just... ugh. He sucks so much can we leave it that? A git like that does not deserve a cool name like that, too. Seriously.

Oh my gosh, though. Parker talking to him, was just... I love when you do little things and just make him so much more awesome. I mean, it's tough as a reader because Frankie just blabbers about him but Parker's actions say a lot and whoooo is he talking! :D
