In love witht this story!

This was a lovely, but bitter sweet end. When I think of what would happen in future with Frank and Gerard, they'll always be there for each other for support and friendship stuff. Also, I think that would happen and maybe they would build up a stronger friendship than before. This is an amazing story and I'm sad to see it end, but I'm glad to be a part of it though it wasn't for much of it.

Well. You, my friend, are an amazing writer. I write frerard myself, and I love the way you have done this. Everyone's stories tied in together at the end... And the only people who had a happy ending forsure was Ben and Andy. And Gerard & Franks happiness is left open.

So the end was bitter sweet. I was expecting another death because I thought this was going to end sadly, but this is a much better ending. Both Frank and Gerard want each other and are willing to try. And with Ben's wedding he is moving on as well as Frank and Gerard. A great ending to a great story.
I'm sad to see this story end; I've been reading this for so long, looking foward to each new chapter every week. I'm going to follow you on tumblr when I get the chance because school is hectic right now and it's barely the beginning of the week.

First of all, I can't believe it's over :( second of all, I can't believe you ended it on chapter 69 xD. It had a very Queer as Folk end to it (I don't know if you've seen the end of the British version) and I liked that, it made me happy and that's the main thing about this story. Me xD. I kid of course!

I can't believe I've been with you since the beginning of this! It's unbelievable! Not many stories hold me like that, but you always did and that is something for you to be immensely proud of, that you can make people feel excited because they've seen that your story has updated.

I'm glad that you brought this story to a close, even if it took you so long ;) and I'm deeply honoured to be a part of it. As I said in my last comment, I've been written into a few fan fics before, but nothing makes me prouder than appearing in such a great one as yours. Out of curiousity, what was her other name? :D

I can't wait to see the revamp of this story, and hopefully I'll be able to stick by you through all of that one too. This story has become part of my morning routine; get up, turn on laptop, yawn, check mibba etc. I'd hate to lose you from that forever :)

i can't believe it's all over :( two years? wow time has definitely flown by. i'm so proud of you for writing this! i loved it so much and it was so dark and miserable at times, but i did like the ending a lot. it was happy-ish lol which is better than nothing haha. their future is kinda uncertain, but frank forgiving gerard is a huge step, and i'm happy that he was able to do that. and gerard finally realizing that he can't save or fix frank and that he is better off without him is a turning point in his life. glad he was able to figure it out :)

Right well, I said to myself as it's the end I'd write a properly long comment. I also said I wouldn't cry, so lets see if I can stick to at least one of my promises.

I started reading this when it was only about two chapters in, so that was about August 2011 which is insane to think that I've been following this journey for just over two and a half years. I've only ever read one-shots apart from this, either because the story couldn't keep me interested or because the writer stopped writing five chapters in. The only reason I've ever been on Mibba for the last year and a half is to read this story.

This story has made me laugh and made me cry, you have such a beautiful way of describing things. In more than a few ways in these chapters I've found things I can relate too, like I'm sure a lot of people have. You managed to completely incorporate what makes Frank, Gerard and Mikey themselves in real life in this story while of course adapting them to be these twisted characters that you made your own. Over the past year I've often went back and read a few chapters here and there while waiting for new ones (something that I loved as well, the excitement and torture of waiting after each cliffhanger) and each time they have the ability to make me cry. Every time Frank and Gerard argued, when Gerard was hurt, all the thing Mikey went through and when he died I was in floods of tears. And trust me when I say I very rarely cry at anything I read. I can't remember if I mentioned to you before but I've long thought that this could be published, of course with a change to character names, I think it's worthy to sit on the shelves. I may have not been as involved with the comments as other readers but from little hints and words I was sure you were going to kill either Frank or Gerard and I'm so glad you didn't, that they got to end on a good note together. I am devastated that Bob died, more so than Mikey for some reason. I don't know what it is about that, I just wish so much that Bob could have lived. I also love the fact that you make your characters so real, there were times when I wanted to hug Gerard and times when I wanted to punch him for being a dick. There is so much in this story that all ties together to create something beautiful. Honestly I envy your talent, I used to write fan-fiction constantly though mines never mounted to more than smutty one-shots, I think it's amazing that you've managed to keep up with this for so long and not only that but to keep the plot of the story together, I know a lot of stories end up getting lost half way through and it just fades away into obscurity. It's also strange to think that this story started while the band was together, and ended months after they'd split up. Anyway, I have a habit of getting far too emotionally attached to things like songs and stories :')

I'm also very happy and sad as I'd just finished pre-ordering the ''May death never stop you'' bundle before reading this final chapter. It's been a very chemical day :)

Okay I've been super busy recently so I'm only just reading the last two chapters you have put up now! If there are any typis in this message, I'm sorry but I', looking at the keyboard so that I don'tread any spoilers in the comments below xD. Well, if frank and Gerard don't get back together, this is a sort of okay ending for them. I mean, they both got laid and they said they loved one another! Reading the next chapter now and I'll leave nother comment after that xD. And believe me, I am happy ^_^

i forgot to mention this last night, but i was watching shameless on my dvr and in this past week's episode, a character said something like "we're all addicts, some can just hide it better" and he was talking beyond drugs and alcohol, like sex and whatever else anyone can be addictted to like life's rushes. i think that incorporates well into this story, especially since you were thinking of adding addict somewhere in the title. just throwing that out there haha

I'm so glad that Gerard has finally found something to live for. I'm glad that he at least has a family now even if it is small. I really hope that Frank and him end up together or at least have some kind of relationship (friendship or something).
I can't wait to see what the last chapter holds! :D

Ray finally got arrested, he deserves it. Anyways. This was a really nice chapter, I think it lifted away all the tension Gerard had before and bringing him and Patricia closer together. Little Laura, she sounds so cute. And Laura's my middle name! Anyway, it feels right to have Laura in Gerard's life because of everything he's lost, he deserves atleast one thing to have hope in and live for, she's finally a positive in his life. I'm not saying Frank wasn't a positive for him, and I know we all want them to get back together but I don't think it'll happen. Thanks hun, I'm doing well and I hope you're doing good, too. I can't wait until monday. <3

Yeah. So Ray finally got what was coming to him in the end. This chapter breathes hope into this story; that Gerard has something to live for that will not tear him down in the process. With Laura getting her Tio Gerard, Gerard is also gaining a sense of family as well that he has been missing for so many years. I wonder how the last chapter will end. What will Frank choose in the end and will Gerard make something of his life.

anyways, one chapter left?!?!?!?! i'm trying to think of how it's all gonna go down. a not happy ending would be gerard and frank not getting together and then something happening to one of them. but the hope part you were talking about is gerard having a family after all with laura and patricia. so he's no longer alone and maybe he and patricia can help rebuild each other, know what i mean? he may not have frank and he's lost bob and mikey, but there's someone for him to live for. and that's happy-ish lol.

so i'll just be waiting impatiently for this final chapter! can't wait!!!

Wow, was not expecting that. I want them to be happy :( I can't believe it's ending so soon....one more week? I've been following this for so long I'm going to be sad when it ends.

Oh jeez I'm so sorry for not being here for so long! Bad weather/flooding/no Internet/work/family stuff is awful. Anyway. Oh jeez I'm crying so much. There's so much I have going through my head I don't even know what to say. I feel like this is gonna be a shitty comment but I'll probably come back to say something more once it's gone in. But oh jeez my emotions have just broken to pieces. I hate what's happened and I can see stuff happening but then again I could be so wrong. Wow. And only two chapters left? I'm gonna be torn to pieces, I feel it. Thank you for such a deep, emotional and amazing story, sweetie. <3

So an update on Frank. He has been moving on and trying to distance himself from Gerard. In the middle of the chapter when he and Gerard get together I was thinking 'yes they're getting back together' but then I remember you saying this isn't going to end happy and not a couple paragraphs later Frank is kicking Gerard out and unloading on him all this guilt and anger, causing Gerard to feel worse than he already is. It's good to know that there is still at least one person who keeps up with Gerard from the Bloc. I liked the line "Ben is like the father Gerard deserved growing up, or at the very least the watchful older brother." because there is some evidence someone cares about Gerard, without baggage at least. I'm wondering what is going to happen to Ray; is he going to visit Patricia and the baby in the hospital? Frank dating Ricky and essentially using him as an escape from his past, I can't entirely blame him but I can't commend him either.
Two more chapters and just a week left. I feel sad this is ending and our conversations will be on halted for I don't know how long. I hope you do well in your senior year of college and do well in what ever you chose to study. I hope you are well; I'm fine. Until Thursday, friend.
