DO YOU KNOW HOW EXCITED I AM THAT YOU UPDATED?! DO YOU?! So let's see what kind of comment my exhausted, idiot brain will let me come up with. Firstly, I think he was pushed and dropped the EMF reader because of it. I totally believe that, it just makes sense. And then to see Victoria on the stairs? HOLY CRAP. I would have fallen from the shock of it too, and maybe even peed :P And he had a conversation with her, my God. He'll probably tell himself he was hallucinating after knocking himself out with the fall, and that it was just his imagination going into overdrive after thinking he saw her on the stairs BUT NO BRIAN, IT'S REAL. I'm still suspicious of Beth though, I just can't put my finger on it. LOVE THIS, THANK YOU SO MUCH <3

Gotta agree with the previous comments - I was so glad to see this story updated, 'cause it's one of my favourites! I squealed when I saw the email for it.

I love how you write this - there's a line where people can either be believers or non-believers. Like this chapter, where Brian has a sighting. But then he realises he's knocked his head. So he could be hallucinating! =O

But me, I'm a hardcore believer. XD Can't wait for more of this! Welcome back!

Anywho, this is really good. Your descriptions really put the readers in the Hotel, with Brian. I haven't read a good Synyster story in a really long time, I'm so glad I stumbled on this! It's really creepy already, but I scare easy haha.
It's all really put together well, and I love the layout!

I'm hoping you update really really soon, because now that I've found this I can't seem to wait for another chapter!

This is very good. Gripping. Well written. Thrusts Brian into a completely new and different situation than what I would find on here. You deserve more subscribes and comments for this! I'm hoping you still have heart in this story and continue writing. You have me hanging.

This is the first time I've ever read a story like this. I really enjoy it and I love the idea. I also love the way you write :)

Of course he would assume he'd overlooked the necklace the first time he looked for it. Silly Brian. And who was that woman in his room?! I feel sad for her, being so afraid, whoever she is. Seems like she's going to try to help Brian at some point, and I can not wait to find out who she is and what her story is. And the man! Who the crap is he?! He sounds like a jerk, to say the least. The dream was epic. And the blond in the dream...at first I had thought she was Beth but there's no way, he would have recognized her, and why would she change her name? I still believe something's wrong with that Beth girl, I just don't know what it is. Maybe she's a ghost too? Possibly even the woman who visited him when he was sleeping? I just don't know. So many possibilities!

You're amazing, by the way. Your ability to leave readers guessing, to always have something unexpected, and to always have readers - at the very least, me - on the edge of their seats is just beyond me. I admire you so much. I don't know what was more unexpected - the dream that Brian had, or the woman in his room while he slept. I still think it's...Beth? Sorry, my mind just blanked. The girl he met in town. I do believe it to be her.

Excellent chapter, as always. Now this Beth girl...she's kind of sketchy. I liked her at first and had been looking forward to finding out what she'd bring to the story, and what would develop between her and Brian, but now I'm not sure how I feel about her, especially with the way she was talking to him near the end. Something's just very odd about her, but maybe I'm reading too much into it. The necklace, though! It's back on his dresser! Oh my Lord. I can not wait for more. CANNOTWAIT! <3

You probably hear this a lot, but... I just found this story, and I'm really glad I did. I absolutely LOVE paranormal stuff, and this is just so well written that I forgot more than once that I was reading a fan fiction, and not a published book.

It reminds me of a lot of books and movies I've read over time - The Blair Witch Project, The Shining, The Amityville Horror, stories of the Paramour Mansion... And yet it manages to be something completely different, and that excites me. I was literally on the edge of my seat throughout a lot of it. Especially the end of the second chapter. I kid you not, I had chills running up and down my spine.

Your writing style is lovely, and I highly admire you for that. =) I can't wait to see more of this story posted. You just got yourself a new commenter and subscriber.

I agree, Robert seems really creepy and emanates a sort of power, which seems subtle because he keeps it in check with his continuous joking. I have a bad feeling about Robert. And the mystery of the necklace: I wonder who Victoria is, and where it disappeared to! I like that the hotel is beautiful and exquisite, a nice contradiction to the weird things that have already begun to happen to Brian. I can't wait to hear what happens next!

Okay, first of all, let me just tell you how excited I was when I saw that you updated this story. I pretty much squealed. Thank God I'm alone. How embarrassing XD

Now, on to the most important part: the update. IT WAS GLORIOUS. Definitely, definitely worth the wait. I did re-read this yesterday, like I said I would, and am pretty darn excited for this character you love so much :P And after reading this update, I'm even more excited. Robert seemed...kind of creepy? I'm not even sure what to say about him, but he's very odd, especially in the way that he's wanting to gain from the death of those students in his hotel. Brian's not gaining from it, he's investigating, and I felt bad for him when he thought he was acting no better than Robert. The necklace is very intriguing, and now that it's disappeared...guess things are going to start happening quickly for Brian? CAN NOT WAIT.

Totally pictured him all wet from the shower in nothing but a towel, by the way. I'm a creeper, I know, you love it. And this is probably the LONGEST story comment I have ever left, for anyone. Gonna go now. LOVED IT! MORE SOON PLEASE! <3
