That Fateful Year - Comments

Oh my god. This may be the best fanfiction of The Outsiders that I have ever read. Like no joke. This was seriously so good, I loved the idea of Dally and Johnny reuniting with the Curtis' parents. My only critique was that I wished it was a bit longer. Like, I wished that there was more details/storytelling with each character in their lives, and to see how Dally and Johnny felt watching their friends live their lives and such. But it didn't take away the amazingness that is this one-shot. I think you captured the future of each character perfectly, it just made so much sense. This was amazing, well done!

This was great. I loved how you had the Curtis parents come back to escort them all to the afterlife. Wish there could have been more, but overall, I Loved It!

I am a thorough, complete, and utter Outsiders fan. I LOVE S.E. Hinton. when i went to see my bestfriend in Oklahoma, and saw tulsa and everything, i was like o________o just loving that i was getting the chance to see where all of that really meant to have happened.

i adore the way you went with this; it was creative and unique and i think you really felt the characters in dally and darry, sodapop and johnny, steve and two-bit, and ponyboy. i think you got them all figured out. i was really impressed by this, and im actually appalled that no one else has commented it! Dx you're a really talented writer, and i only wish i wouldve thought of something as rad as this first 8)
