I loved that. Like, absolutely adored that. And not for the fluffy parts that usually attract me to a story, but for the dynamics of their relationship and how real that felt. Like my god, girl, you're in so much trouble and you don't even know it. I can just totally imagine him losing it bigtime in the future and hitting her, if he hasn't already in the past, and her lying about it because he 'loves' her.
It's so dangerous because she loves him so much. Her devotion is terrifyingly beautiful.
