Okay...

So as much as I love this one...

There is wayy too much teenager drama in this last chapter for my liking.

Needless to say... it wasn't particularly my favorite chapter because of that. Not that it wasn't good... like I said, I just really hate teenager drama.

I did like that Audrey got to see her friends from the orphanage again though. I mean, she's at the age where I really doubt, as much as she was glad to have a family again, that she wanted to completely abandon that aspect of her old life.

Hence the letters she writes almost religiously.

But yeahh...

Like I said... not particularly my favorite update, but it wasn't a bad update.

I vote there should be a lot more cute Matt/Me fluffies in the next one.

Especially since we all know what he really meant is "I don't feel like getting lectured by them so lets avoid it while we can..."

I mean, what'd have to be fussy about when he knew it was one of his friends taking his daughter to school. I mean, fuck... it's not like it was some teenage boy only concerned with getting in her pants.

Also, really amused that I left the house to take my kid to the doctor and now we're coming back with a dog.

I can only imagine Matt is gonna give me one of his 'What the fuck?' looks. Not that you can blame him. I mean, if the situation were reversed, I'd probably do the same.

I also can't wait for everyone to find out that they're getting puppies.

Matt took the news rather well.

Not that I was expecting him not to. I mean, fuck, after what happened last time, even if he was horrified by the idea of becoming a father, pretty sure he would hide it to the best of his ability and then some.

Hehe, also loved how he totally tried to skate outta cleaning up the vomit and still got stuck doing it. He better get used to it.

Babies puke a whole hell of a lot more often than teenagers and unlike the teenager, they neither care nor feel bad about who/what/where they do it on.

The fluffy moment with Nat also made me smile, though I kinda feel bad for the poor kid. I mean, I go and get all super emotional on her while she's sick and she has no effin' clue as to why.

Poor Matt... he really must be terrible in the kitchen if I won't even let him finish a sentence before I'm jumping down his throat with a 'You are NOT cooking'.

I mean, one would think that I'd just appreciate the gesture, then again, if it took three people to clean up the mess he made the last time, maybe not.

So yeah, I know I came up with Matt's reaction to how Audrey got home, but it still makes me laugh.

Mostly because that's what any self-respecting father would be thinking/saying if their fifteen year old daughter showed up at home in an old muscle car when she should have been riding the bus as far as they knew.

Lucky for her, we happen to be friendly with the person driving.

I feel for Audrey though. Kids suck. It's a known fact. It'd be great if they didn't, but they do.

Matt attempting to cook was kinda funny as well. Especially my reaction to it. It was pretty much a 'Yeah right. I don't want food poisoning' type of thing. It was fabulous.

That all went far better than expected.

And I see that Kim is still laying the guilt on nice and thick, even knowing how shitty Matt feels about what happened. Can't say I blame her really.

I mean, what he and Jimmy did was completely childish, not to mention unnecessary, and had really fucking horrible consequences.

What's done is done though, and at least he's there now.

I still can't fucking believe that my parents (if they can even be called that anymore, 'cause god knows I'm not laying any claim to them after the shit they pulled) did that. I mean, really?
