I think it's an awesome idea to make an story with the basics of Romeo and Juliet! Because the idea is based on something already created with the disputing families and such, you would categorize it under Fan Fiction because it's neither a True Story, nor an Original Story.
I can't wait to start reading it, it sounds intriguing and I love romance!!
