Well holy hell! Where to begin? The scene where he chased her down the sidewalk seemed like it was right out of a movie. The whole chapter was perfect, I promise. It was dramatic and I loved her speech that he practically forced her into. Good for him about that. I was nervous that she was really just gonna walk out again. Scared the crap out of me! I guess what they say is right though, timing really is everything. They were perfect for each other but the timing wasn't perfect for them. I'm so so so happy they were finally reunited though! Now the timing is right! Her family is gonna be so happy! They are gonna be so happy! Together! I have to tell you, the bit about Gabe at IKEA, weird as fuck. Her leaving really freaking messed with him. Anyway, you did a great job with this chapter! It more than lived up to my expectations. This isn't the end though right? I feel like there is so much more story here. I guess it just depends on whether or not you want to tell it! I really hope that you do!

So I was like, "what the fuck is Erin doing here?!" I had assumed that they had gotten back together. I was not happy about it. She's a crazy whore! Part of you wants to feel bad because obviously she's hurting. But she's hurting for the wrong reasons. I don't think her feelings for Gabe run that deep. I think she's more upset that she couldn't hold his interest. Based on earilier chapters, we know that she was more interested in him because he played hockey, made good money, and was cute. She wanted the attention and his wallet more than his heart. I believe she cared about him, but not loved him. Now that this rant is over, I can't wait for the next chapter! I'm hoping that it will be THE chapter. I miss them being together. They are both in way to much pain when they are apart.

I loved it once again! They need to get back together soon, I feel so bad for the both of them. I hope the update is sooner than later. Great job

Yay for fillers! Lol. I'm so excited for the next chapter! I love that you always keep me guessing! With some other stories, I can pick out exactly what's going to go down and how. But you always write something that I've never even considered. I appreciate that. It makes it fun to read! :)

Oh the smile on my face when Gabe decided to fight Lucic! I had to stop reading and flail around for a moment. I really freaking hate the Bruins, especially Lucic.

And thank you so much for Ryan/Lily time! I love that Ryan shot Gabe a look when he swore while talking to Lily. That is freaking adorable. I needs me a man like that! Not that I really care about swearing but it's still cute, damn it! Oops. Lol.

I love how protective Lily was of Serena too. It kind of surprised me. She is much sassier than I gave her credit for. When she almost hit him! Oh my gosh! It was awesome! And I'm glad someone finally told Gabe like it is!

It's hard to believe that they've been broken up for a year! That is insane. It feels like just yesterday they were on top of a mountain. Sigh.

My favorite part of this chapter was definitely when he thought he was dreaming. I cried a little. They really love each other so much. My heart was aching. I need them to get back together now. But you should be really proud of that scene. It was amazing!

I feel bad! Because I don't feel bad for Erin. As you can see, I'm a lovely person. Anyway, I've got to tell you - this was probably my favorite chapter so far. I thought Serena's speech was amazing! And I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the fact that You Can Play was included in this story. Her meeting all of those NHL big shots was quite fun to read about as well. And there was even a little bit of Ryan and Lily (in spirit) and you know how I feel about that! All in all, I thought it was perfect - from the big picture, down to the details. The way that you described her and the gravitational pull she has on people throughout the chapter was incredible. I especially love what Crosby had to say. It's so funny how she thought she looked like a nervous fool and he thought so highly of her. And I love the way Gabe though of her as well, how he saw a new strength and confidence in her! I'm glad that she has gotten herself together emotionally. It just gives them a better chance at a future with one another. It was a beautifully written chapter. You definitely have a way with words! So now that they've been (kind of) reunited, and it seems as if Erin is just about out of the picture, I'm curious as to what is next for Gabe and Serena. Update soon?

Finalllyyyyy she realizes she's got no chance.... no www Gabe has to search through every hotel in Vegas, find Serena and tell her that he loves her and they all live happily ever after :-P well... actually it can't be that easy

Noooooo. He can't make something out of this thing with Erin. She bugs me. Like a lot... and I'm glad that Serenas kinda realizing taht Gabe misses her and needs her in his life.... can't wait for the next one!

Part of me wanted to be like, "You did this to him Serena! Shame on you!". And then Ryan had to go and make good points about Gabe's choices being no ones but his own. I like Ryan. He's a good dude. I'm dying to know how he and Lily are doing - if they are even doing? I like this Sten guy too. He seems to only be temporary though. But back to Gabe, I'm still pissed at him. If he wanted to fuck every girl in a two mile radius of his apartment, fine. But he had to go and fuck Erin, repeatedly. I know she broke his heart but if he had any amount of respect for her, he really shouldn't have done that. And it doesn't appear that he has any self-respect either! The way he has been treating his body. It's shameful! I hope Ryan talked some sense into him and he's going to get better, be better! Update soon?

Wow. I know he was drunk but that was kind of a douchey message. 'Oh, I just wanted to hear your voice but listen to this chick that I'm about to fuck in the background. One that you know and hate.' Scumbag move.

And I know she dumped him, broke his heart, and all that but he claims he still loves her, so that was pretty scummy. Needless to say, I'm upset with Gabe. Erin seems like such a whore. So gross. If he slept with her, he needs to get tested. But part of me feels like even though Serena didn't answer, he still sent Erin home. Even if that is the case, and I hope it is, he kissed her and that just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Anyway, I enjoyed reading about Serena's trip to Sweden. But I'm still waiting for them to sort all this out. And I believe they will. But to be honest, I'm starting to wonder if it'd even be for the best. For Gabe, it definitely is, but although I think he is good for her too, I don't think his situation is good for her. She is not in a place emotionally to be in a relationship with a professional athlete. Dealing with everything that comes with that would be hard on anyone and someone who is as fragile as she is at the moment - it wouldn't be wise. Even if she gives in and decides to date him again, it's gonna be tumultuous as hell.

By the way, staid is a really nice word. Had to look that one up! Loved it!

I'm sorry to hear your vacation isn't very...vacation-ie. Yeah, I clearly need to work on my vocabulary. But thank you for updating! I can't wait for the next one! :)
