Hi! I was stumbling across some stories on here and this is the best one I have ever read! It's so pure, original and the grammar is on point. The idea is portrayed perfectly. I love the fact that you have made the relationship between Sam and Sierra so confusing but so beautiful (if that makes any sense I'm sorry if it doesn't!).

Anyway, enough of that, I would give this story 11/10 because it's that good.

Can't wait to read more chapters after the hiatus!

I love how fucked up their relationship is, because it's completely different from anything else I've read by you! Sam is so hard to figure out, I don't know whether to hate him or to feel sorry for him. But Sierra I definitely feel sorry for. She knows this relationship isn't healthy for her, but she just can't leave him. It's so depressing. But girl I am in love with this story, and I cannot wait for more!

Gah, sorry it's taken me a while to comment on this. Truthfully, I read the update the first second I found out that it was updated, and let me tell you... my god. It was very good, and I have to change my underwear every time I read it (because yes I have read it more than once. Try 4 times). You're really good at writing sexy scenes; I wish I was the same way. It's so natural and not awkward at all.

Now, to start from the beginning!
This was great, the way the scene is slowly coming into focus on an event that is normal and lacking any drama or excitement. It's Sierra in her casual surroundings, now that she is on tour with the boys, and she's just watching them play soccer as she smokes. And then she observes Sam and things suddenly take a turn for the nostalgic. Then instead of her eyes being described as "cerulean" (which is a great vocab choice, by the way), they are deemed "bloodshot" in the next paragraph. The reader is taken from a scene of serenity to one of concern and exhaustion, as though the peace was a cover-up for the inevitable reality. She looks like she just escaped from hell and things are not okay between her and Sam. It almost made me forget about the shock of the last couple of chapters. Almost.

Then enters Barry, her brother of sorts who is always the first one at her side when things go to shit and she is left to pick up the pieces. He too is emotionally invested and he has grown a strong attachment to Sierra since she first arrived. I'm starting to think that Sam is jealous of him not because Barry bonds with Sierra, but the fact that he is being good to her and has yet to hurt her. Sam and Sierra have already created a messy history in so little time while her relationship with Barry has remained pristine, and their only problems arise when it's Sam's fault. Barry has not hurt her yet, he has only been supportive and healing for her, and Sam is purely destructive. That's where his envy roots from, I'm sure. Plus, Barry always seems to say just the right things that Sierra needs to hear in that precise moment. While Sam has a talent for being persuasive, he cannot make Sierra feel better. The exact opposite: she is getting progressively worse, all at his expense.

And later on in the chapter, Sam smiles at her for the first time in a long time, and that's the only good he's done so far. Then not to far along, he goes down on her, and he is merely trying to put a band aid over a stab wound. He is attempting to fix their problems with sex, and while it may feel good for the time being, the morning after will be an unforgiving bitch.

It's not all his fault though. Here he is with a girl that has finally gotten under his skin, while he's been accustomed to slagging around. And beyond that, he's dealing with his own heavy, personal issues while he is basically walking down this new path of love blind and without any idea over what he's doing/what he's supposed to do. Too many changes at once, and the same goes for Sierra.

They've been doomed from the start, but the one thing that has been keeping them together is not only their chemistry, but Sierra's sight past the mask he puts on daily for others. Maybe this will be enough for them to make it into a better, much more healthier part of their relationship.

Sam is obviously trying to fix their relationship but I think it might be too late. Also, how long can he keep this nice guy act going?

I think their whole fucked up relationship is what makes this story soo good.

this IS really eerie and sad :\ Sam really is a beast in this story; he's taking advantage of Sierra, so I'm totally thinking about what a total asshole move that was. I mean, I understand that Sam "loves her," but how can she know for sure? how can he know for sure?

I am completely in love with this story, I can't even describe to you how much! And this chapter especially because it kind of showed us how Sam thinks, which is not as evil as he might seem sometimes. It honestly made me feel almost bad for him, because it's like he can't even control himself. But I love Sierra, and she is breaking my heart right now! And Barry! So adorable. This whole story is breaking my heart but I still love it. I cannot wait for more!

I honestly don't think their relationship will ever be good. Sierra needs to run as fast as she can.

Man so Sam is one hundred percent certain that he is going to hurt Sierra again but he still lied to her because can't bare to have her away from him. I have a feeling that he is going to hurt Sierra a lot worse than he did because he is unpredictable, his mood changes so much and he is great liar.
