I have to say that I especially love the layout. :)
As for the story, I think it would have been better if you put more trouble into the plot other than the four losing their parents. They also seemed to be less depressed or less sad than normal children who had just lost their parents would feel and react. The summary already caught my attention, and guesses came into my mind but the story turned out to be different from what I had in mind. It was also straight-forward. Nevertheless, I think it's nice to read a story about orphans with a different plot and knowing that not all orphans have a hard life, just their emotions when losing their parents, I think, was the problem. :)
