I love what you did with this! The song I gave you pretty much wrote the one shot for you but you managed to make it your own and I admire that. This one shot managed to make me cringe (second-hand embarrassment for Ashley's fangirling), laugh due to the vagina comment, and smile because of how different the ending to the story is compared to the ending of the song. Your writing is very descriptive and, as someone who doesn't read Doughty fan fiction, I feel like the character you made him out to be definitely works for what you were trying to accomplish.
