I like the story and it's well written! (: But your background needs to be yours. And don't worry about the descriptions, let your readers read and find out what that chapters about (: If you want you can go ahead and put the person P.O.V you'll be using during that chapter. All this will be more appealing to your readers. You have a wonderful story now work a bit on it's image (:
