So... this coming from someone who isn't a fan of sappy endings? I count this as a sappy ending, and it was PERFECT! Absolutely adorable, and I'm so happy that she totally cut her ties with Mike and now her and Eric can move forward :)

This chapter was so close to gettting a big old awwwwwwwww and then you had to go and make her walk away. Sigh. You are killing me.

But I liked this chapter other than that. I liked how Eric was so happy that they had a chance to be together. I felp bad that Marc had to be the one to tell Eric that Kai had left. It sucks that they didn't make playoffs. :-( I hope that Kai gets her head on straight soon and realizes that love isn't a bad thing. :-) <3

That's not a very nice end of a chapter! That one's gonna kill me dude!

Anyhow, aside form that - this was an awesome chapter. I loved how you really got into Eric's head about how happy he was that she'd spent the night at his place and how he viewed her inability to just commit to him. I really liked the way you got into his head so we can all see just how emotionally invested he is too!

And while I still feel bad for Kai I get where she's coming from, in a way. I mean, it's scary to take that risk all over again and worry about being hurt or being left, especially when she knows Eric could hurt her so much worse than Mike had. She loves him so much more that I understand why she would want to stay with what's safe to avoid that pain. I'm so pumped that Eric finally made a REAL move! I'm just hoping that the thing she has to do is tell Mike where to go, and not try to stay away from Eric for fear of the unknown! Amazing chapter!

I love this. All of it. I found it read it and love it. I love the disclaimer at the beginning. Telling people you have nothing against Mike Green, but the funny thing is i think he's the perfect villain because he is so sweet you would never expect it from him. Up until this chapter I've been going gosh darn it Eric man up. I'm glad that they both finally admitted their feelings for each other. I really just want to see them together and happy and making a family and for Eric to just pound the poop out of Mike and tell him she's pregnant. that would just be such a low blow to mike oh you don't even know.

I really don't want to see it end but I understand where you're going with this. I hope school is going well for you and you update soon.

Poor Kai!! I can't imagine what it would be like to lose your mom... espectially at that young of an age.

Eric is perfect. That's all there is to it. He is perfect and I am so glad that they finnally told each other that they love the other. They are amazing together and I can't wait for more of their relationship. :-) <3

Poor Kailyn! I can't imagine how rough that would be to try and deal with the loss of her mother, going through all of this while trying to keep up a happy front for the entire Staal clan. I just wanted to give her a hug reading that - and I'm not much of a hugger lol.

Side note though - I am so unbelievably happy that FINALLY somebody has made a (sober) move! :) Did a little happy dance there - Eric is exactly what Kai needs in her life, and Kai is exactly what Eric needs, so I'm glad that they are finally getting things out in the open and moving!! :)

Wow! I just about died laughing there - I could totally picture the smirk on Eric's face as he told her that! Not that I think anybody would mind seeing him towel-clad or less... he's built, to say the least!

Loved this chapter - I love how she's really severing Mike from her life because she's realized she can do better and be without him, I think it's a huge step for her! Literally, I did a little fist pump for her I was that excited!

As usual I loved this chapter and I CAN'T WAIT for the next one :) Everytime I get an email for this story I freak out, drop whatever I'm doing and come read it!

OMFG...... shutting down Mike and getting Eric naked all in one chapter. Hot damn. Lol. This was a good chapter. Not a lot happened but you could tell that this was a turning point in the story or at least in their relationship. I think she is ready to move on with him. She may not think she is yet, but i think she is. :-) Can't wait for more. <3 :-)

OH MY GOD!! I laughed so hard at Sidney's explanation at the end! Perfect ending of the chapter!

Loved the parental intervention - that was exactly what Kai and Eric needed to start getting their heads out of their asses and start working on their friendship and relationship again! Zach was a great starting point to that - giving her the gears to make her start thinking about it.

And poor Jordan... everybody picking on him! (You know I probably couldn't go the chapter without mentioning him... lol) but I love how Maya is in this chapter - she's a really exciting addition to it!

Cannot wait for more!

I feel bad for Jon though, because I think somewhere along the line he's going to feel more for Kai than she feels for him and it's going to be hard for him.
