I just found this and read it all. I really liked the last chapter. I'm glad that Lacey stopped sleeping with Brent long ago!

I really liked this story when I read it for the first time last week. Even though I'm not much of a Stalberg fan, I thought your writing was really good and I enjoyed your ideas. Quite honestly, I'm very surprised you didn't win, or at least place, in the contest. Keep writing.

The whole viktor and Lacey thing made me feel so bad. He wanted her and vice versa but she was always with brent on the side made me kind of mad for him. I loved how she was trying to tel him that she had ended it with him because I felt for him and really felt the emotion that he must have felt when he finally won her.

Ok Oops this comment was supposed to be on the the other story!!!! But I still loved this one!!

Ok so for some reason when I read your Patrick Kane story I didn't put 2 and 2 together and realize that you had entered my contest. I mean I knew I had someone doing a Viktor story, but just didn't realize once again it was you. I'm such a blond at times (and I really am a blond).

But anyways on with this short-story, right off the bat I felt for Viktor. Even though he had just meet Lacey and thought she was with Brent, you could tell he liked her. Than you find out that Lacey was still messing around with Brent, even though she was seeing Viktor. My heart broke a little more for him.

I think my favorite part was in the 3rd chapter during the flashback. With the lines,

"Seabs would murder me on a road trip, dump my body in some icy lake, and no one would find me because it'd be in Canada and the ice doesn't melt."

I had a nice laugh at that part and I think my kids find me strange that I'm laughing at my IPad, while I read.

I would love if you made a sequel from this. Because I want to know what happens with Lacey and Viktor. So if you do make one I will definitely read it!!!!
